My clients partner with me to build insight, understanding and personal growth. I provide outpatient counseling for children, teens and adults of all ages.

It is often difficult taking that first step into counseling. I will provide a safe, accepting space to listen to your concerns, and we will work together to create a treatment plan that matches your current needs. I work from a non-judgmental, strength-based perspective to empower you to begin making the changes you desire.
