Kind Karl: A Little Crocodile with Big Feelings.

Snuggle up in your pajamas, grab your favorite blanket and stuffed animal, and sip hot cocoa while exploring the story of a little crocodile navigating big feelings.

This interactive storytime includes fun movement, mindful breathing, and a lovingkindness meditation, perfect for sparking conversation about emotions, kindness, and connection.

Step into a magical winter world at The Yoga Gnome! Our special two-day camp invites children to explore the wonders of the season through yoga, arts and crafts, and sensory activities—all designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and mindful play.

Our winter gnomes will stretch, balance, and move through yoga adventures inspired by snowy forests, sparkling icicles, and cozy winter scenes. They’ll create seasonal crafts, explore sensory activities that awaken their imagination, and enjoy playful, mindful experiences that leave them feeling joyful and calm. And to make the experience even cozier, we’ll share warm, delicious hot cocoa together!

Kids are welcome to come in their cozy winter pajamas, adding an extra touch of magic and comfort to the day.

Parents can choose to enroll for one day or both days, making it the perfect holiday treat!

We just got the SWEETEST message from one of our gnomies… and guess what made it into their family’s Gratitude Jar?

Right up there with the whole family, cousins, and Christmas. 🥹🎄✨

Knowing that yoga has become such a magical part of this family’s everyday life seriously melts our hearts. It’s wild (and wonderful!) how this practice makes kids feel safe, strong, andfull of joy. What an absolute gift. 🌈💫

What a magical morning at The Yoga Gnome with the lovely Miss Sally ! Thank you for coming to dance, sing, giggle, craft and connect with your little/s in such a meaningful way!

And a special thanks to Mr. Mike, who jumped into the crafting driver’s seat and led everyone into a burst of creativity. Those turkey-disguised gnomes turned out so cute!

Fly yogi fly, on the road to Samadhi (sung to the tune of Fly, Eagle, Fly — lol)

Got to fly yesterday with some of our lovely Yoga Gnome teachers who support the studio and its mission and make it so much better!

Aerial yoga is soooo fun!! Thank you and Karen for such a lovely experience and an awesome class!! We will be back!!

We floated, flipped, hung upside down, tucked into cozy cocoons and grew a few inches taller after some great stretches.

Deep gratitude to our wonderful teachers — those who were able to be there in person and those who weren’t. To Gnome you is to love you! 🍄🙏🏼✨
