Yoga In The Village Yoga for everybody! Free 1 hour yoga class on most Sundays 11am at Doyline Nutrition. Some mats and props available. For anybody and everybody.

It was a fun last day for now!!! I could use some good vibes for returning to school. I will miss my community.

I can’t control the mood, but I can surrender it to the flow.
Today, I bow to the practice—and let the divine handle the rest. ✨🖤
Because I surrender I was a witness to the strength of those around me.

Today during practice I experienced an unprecedented level of joy. The sounds of the breath and the beauty of movement amongst my students was simply sublime. 🙏💆‍♀️🕉️
I truly appreciate each of and and I wish you could see how much you all have grown.
