For a long time, I too felt lost.

I didn't understand why my mind acted the way it did, why it repeated cycles that hurt me.

I didn't understand why life felt so heavy, so confusing, so lonely.

I grew up with anxiety, with silences, with wounds I couldn't name.

I tried hard to "be strong," to pretend everything was under control, when inside I was falling apart.

That path, full of mistakes, questions, pain, and inner struggle, was the same one that led me to discover something that changed everything: THE MIND IS EVERYTHING.

- Canceling plans at the last minute because your body goes into high alert.
- Staying silent in meetings, even when you have something valuable to say.
- Avoiding events, calls, or conversations because you feel something will go wrong.
- Thinking everyone is watching, judging, or analyzing you.
