Every 3rd Friday of the month, come enjoy a relaxing breath and sound bath meditation as we journey into the heart space and connect to your own inner healing light!

Bringing awareness to your heart space can open you up to the deeper healing light that is already inside of you. The more you become aware of your heart throughout your life, the more your inner light will emerge to guide you, heal you, and reflect your inner light into the world around you.

Throughout this meditation, you will be led through heart opening breathing and visualization exercises and then we will journey through the healing vibrations of singing bowls, shamanic drumming, chimes, and other instruments.

Mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own blankets or pillows as well if you would like. Please plan to arrive about fifteen minutes early to ensure we are starting on time. Doors open at 7:15pm, event will start at 7:30pm.

Another easy breath for a quick reset is to breathe in evenly for 4 seconds, then immediately out for 4 seconds. Continue on as long as needed. Your mind is rudimentarily focused on counting evenly and your breath is systematically inhaling and exhaling, calming the nervous system and the mind. If you want to go deeper, breathe in and out for 7 seconds instead.

Box breathing is a great way to quickly calm the nervous system. Try a few rounds of box breathing while watching this video and see how you feel. To box breath, you breathe in evenly for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, breathe out for 4 seconds, hold for four seconds, repeat. Would love to hear how you’re feeling in the comments! 💙💫💜 #432
