Grateful for a day spent at the Kaysville Fire Department conducting a Peer Support Training with individuals from six Utah agencies. 💙

We had to snap a photo of our matching 1st Watch shirts (promise we didn’t plan it 😉), but the real highlight was the space for questions, discussion, and understanding the why — plus the moment Matt Quackenbush gets a little intense when teaching neurobiology (our favorite part 😆).
