My name is Megan Capps, and I am a Doula in the Utah Valley / Salt Lake Valley areas. I cover mainly Orem, Provo, Pleasant Grove, American Fork, Lindon, Lehi, Draper, to Salt Lake, and Springville down to Nephi, and anything in-between. I'd like to keep my travel time down to around an hour; mostly because you just never know when your prince or princess will decide to make an appearance! In addition to being a Doula, I am also an amateur birth photographer. If you want to kill two birds with one stone, I can act as your birth photographer, and doula at the same time. Obviously, I'd like Doula to take precedence, but I'm mostly present to engage and help direct your birth partner (daddy), so depending on how active daddy is, my hands are free to snap photo's during your birth time! I specialize in HypnoBabies birthing, but this is totally NOT required. It might just be helpful for you, because I'm familiar with the necessary scripts, and cues required to have a comfortable successful natural birth.
