Let me start out with...
IT IS AGAINST THE LAW to try and sell your kidney!! Organ donation is strictly voluntary, that is why they call it donation.
All testing and surgical cost are covered by the recipients insurance. There is no cost to the donor.
Nobody knows they can donate until they fill out the questionnaire on the websites and go through the screening process.
