There are so many myths about heart disease and many people don't realize the impact food has on your heart health.
While it's important to track your cholesterol, it's not nearly as important as blood sugar and several other risk factors like blood pressure and even the gut microbiome.
Mildly elevated blood sugar is the number one cause for heart disease, for dementia and memory loss. It's one of the major causes for cancer. And clearly it's the number one cause for progresses to diabetes. So of the most important diseases in America today, blood sugar should be our number one focus.
