We are proud to be Brightwater Health - a name that reflects the strength, resilience, and natural beauty of the communities we serve.

For many years you've known us as Human Development Center (HDC). We have begun a new chapter - one that honors our history while embracing the future , together.

Our mission remains the same - to foster hope, resilience, and recovery by providing integrated culturally respectful mental health and addiction services.
