Like what if coming to terms with and accepting that certain people and things have become dead weight that we're being drug down by. And that's the reason our backs hurt 🤣

No seriously though. Releasing should feel like a burden lifted. A loss is pain.

So I guess the truest way to come to my answer of letting go is to ask myself will I feel more free mentally, physically, spiritually if I let these things go?

Am I attached? And if so, what am I attached to and can I do without the attachments?
