The Moore Miles for Mental Health is on Saturday September 6, 2025. It includes the following events: Competitive 5k, Competitive 5K Ruck, Non-Competitive 5K (Not-timed), 1 Mile Kids (and ADULTS) Fun Run, and Stay Home.

Completely blown away by the outpouring of support for the first annual Moore Miles for Mental Health Run/Ruck/Walk.

We had over 200 registrations and so many amazing sponsors and volunteers!!! Loved the support from Dumas High School Soccer, Cheer and Wrestling!!

This community is top notch and I’m so proud to be a part of it!!

Remember that no matter the challenges you face there are people out there who are not giving up on you, even if they are a stranger, so never give up on yourself!! Your life has purpose and it matters, even on your darkest day!!!
