As your Wellness Life Coach I provide comprehensive services to guide and support you and your family in overcoming the particular challenges you face. Since 2006, I’ve been a trusted partner for my clients in order to help them achieve healthy and balanced family relationships. I have a Master Degree in Counseling Specializing in Human Services. I have experience working with at-risk children and families, domestic violence, substance abuse issues, mental health issues and trauma. I’m working on becoming a certified aromatherapist to be able to provide a more wholistic approach to my families. I specialize in creating personalized plans and providing the necessary tools and resources to guide, support, and assist you in achieving your desired outcomes. The essence of my work is to facilitate understanding by helping identify the source of the issues, so that you can effectively overcome them confidently and for the long-term.
