We are all works in progress, and we all have habits we can change.
Here are some helpful tips to lead you towards creating healthy habits!
1. Identify what triggers the habit. Does stress have you reaching for a bag of chips? Identifying the triggers can help understand what sets an unhealthy habit in motion.
2. Once you know the trigger, you can then disrupt the habit by replacing it with something new.
3. Keep it simple and take a look at the long-term picture. Bad habits weren't formed in a day and new habits will take time to feel natural. Forgive yourself when you don't hit the mark, and keep going. You've got this!
