Here are simple ways to give each chakra a little love today:

🌺 Root (Muladhara) – Ground yourself with nature, walking barefoot, or mindful breathing.
🧡 Sacral (Svadhisthana) – Express creativity through art, dance, or journaling.
💛 Solar Plexus (Manipura) – Build confidence with positive affirmations and standing tall.

What is the Vagus Nerve?
The vagus nerve is like your body’s built-in stress-relief system. It’s the longest cranial nerve, running from your brain to your gut, and it helps regulate your heart rate, breathing, digestion, and more. Think of it as the backbone of your parasympathetic nervous system, which promotes “rest and digest” mode. When your vagus nerve is out of balance, you might feel anxious, stressed, or disconnected.
Signs Your Vagus Nerve Needs Some Love:
• Feeling constantly on edge or anxious
• Trouble sleeping or relaxing
• Digestive issues like bloating or discomfort
• Rapid heartbeat or shallow breathing
How to Calm Your Vagus Nerve:
