We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Front end person to join our healthcare team immediately. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional clinical and administrative support in a fast-paced medical office environment.
Administrative duties are as follows:

• Patient Greeting & Check-in/out: Welcoming patients, verifying details, and managing departures.
• Appointment Management: Scheduling and managing provider schedules.
• Communication Hub: Answering multi-line phones, directing calls, and handling patient inquiries. Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare team members.
• Administrative Tasks: Managing patient records (EHR), filing, processing payments, and handling mail. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Financial Duties: Verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and processing billing/claims.
• Coordination: Liaising with clinical staff and providers. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical procedures.
• Environment: Maintaining a clean, organized, and calming waiting area.

Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and navigating electronic health records.

Additional Requirements:
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, depending on clinic needs.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Candidates with experience using the MEDENT Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system are a plus.
