Therapy is not one size fits all.

Hi, I’m Anna, your friendly local therapist 🛋️

👉 My work includes ACT, DBT, chronic illness support, caregiver burnout, women’s issues, life transitions, and more.

These experiences often overlap, and therapy creates space to explore the whole picture of your life, not just one part of it.

If you are wondering whether I am the right therapist for you, I invite you to reach out or book a consultation through the link in bio! ✨

Caregiver burnout often shows up quietly.

Ongoing exhaustion. Feeling emotionally numb or irritable. Guilt for needing rest. Resentment followed by shame.

👉 Burnout does not mean you are failing. It means you have been carrying too much for too long.

Support can help you process grief, set boundaries, and reconnect to yourself without judgment.

🤍 You deserve care too, and it will help you to show up as an even better caretaker.

If this feels familiar, reach out to learn more or schedule a consultation through the link in bio!

Gen Z is navigating a world that is fast, uncertain, and in constant upheaval.

Anxiety, burnout, and overwhelm are not signs of weakness. They are understandable responses to the environment many young people are growing up in.

🛋️ Mental health support should meet Gen Z with validation and realism about their unique experience. Therapy can help build self trust, coping skills, and emotional resilience to keep up with the times.

Living with chronic illness affects more than your physical body. It impacts your energy, identity, relationships, and emotional wellbeing.

If this is your experience - grief, frustration, anxiety, and isolation are common experiences that deserve space and care.

🛋️ Therapy can support you in navigating uncertainty, advocating for your needs, and building emotional steadiness in an unpredictable body that lives in a world not built to accommodate it.

You are not imagining how hard this is. 💛

DBT therapy is about learning how to hold two truths at the same time. You can accept yourself exactly as you are while also working toward meaningful change.

🛋️ DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) offers practical skills for managing intense emotions, navigating relationships, and staying grounded when life feels overwhelming.

It is especially helpful for people who feel stuck, emotionally reactive, or unsure how to cope when feelings feel too big. 🤍

👉 Curious if DBT could be a good fit for you?

When the world feels louder and more overwhelming, your nervous system feels it too.

With the increased amount of violence flooding the news and our phones, your body harbors the stress, fear, and feeling of danger in the environment.

This is not a personal failure. It is a valid human response to prolonged stimulation and collective distress, especially if you are a person of color.

👉 Regulation right now might look like less doomscrolling, grounding in your body, and giving yourself permission to take care of yourself without guilt.

Taking care of your mental health is not avoidance, it is care. Supporting yourself helps you to better support others 🌱

If you want support learning how to regulate during overwhelming times, reach out or book a consultation through the link in bio.

Feminist focused therapy looks at the full context of your life, not just your symptoms.

👉 Your anxiety, burnout, or self doubt did not develop in a vacuum. They are often shaped by relationships, expectations, systems, and lived experiences.

Feminist therapy honors this while still supporting growth, agency, and change.

Feminist therapy is not just for cisgender women. It is also for all gender presentations, as the patriarchal structures we live in affect us all.

You deserve to be understood with the full picture of how your life experiences shaped you 🤍

If this approach resonates, reach out or book a consultation through the link in bio.

Anxiety is often treated as something to get rid of.

But anxiety exists for a reason. It’s part of our brain’s survival system and helps us stay alert and adaptive. Back in the day, it helped us not get eaten by the tiger 🐅

In modern life, anxiety may be signaling that something in your environment does not feel safe in your nervous system or aligned in your heart. This can show up in relationships, work, or how you have been showing up in your life.

Instead of immediately trying to smother anxiety, take a moment to pause and listen. What is it trying to tell you about your values, boundaries, or needs?

🛋️ Therapy is not about eliminating anxiety. It is about understanding it and learning how to work with it, not against it.

If you want support exploring this, learn more or schedule a consultation through the link in bio!

Just because you are high-functioning does NOT mean you’re not struggling.

Many women carry anxiety quietly — keeping the show going at work, at home, or socially — all while feeling the pressure to appear “fine” to keep up appearances.

It’s this productivity and responsibility that can easily mask anxiety, even to yourself.

🛋️ Therapy helps create a space for compassion, awareness, and honest check-ins. Over providing is not a badge of honor if it comes at the cost of your peace.

You are allowed to rest, even if you are capable of doing it all.

Life doesn’t stay still, and transitions can be both exciting and overwhelming.

Therapy can support you through:

👩‍💻 Career changes
💔 Breakups or divorce
🏥 Navigating aging parents
🤱Becoming a new parent

Even positive changes can bring stress, grief, or uncertainty. Therapy gives you a place to process what’s shifting, make sense of your emotions, and move forward with more clarity and self-compassion.

👉 You don’t have to navigate big changes alone. Let’s talk to see if I’m the right fit for you by booking a consultation!

Burnout doesn’t happen overnight, it builds quietly.

👉 When we ignore exhaustion, stress, or emotional overload, the cost usually shows up one way or another - in our bodies, our relationships, or our mental health.

Women especially are often praised for pushing through, staying productive, and putting everyone else first.

But burnout doesn’t discriminate and no one is immune.

🛋️ Therapy offers a safe space to check in, notice the warning signs, and create accountability before burnout turns into a crash.

You don’t have to wait until you’re depleted to ask for support. Book a consultation today to get ahead of your stress!
