Therapists are human too.

👉 Being a therapist doesn’t mean being immune to stress, anxiety, or life’s challenges. Going to therapy as a therapist is a way for me to stay grounded, reflective, and present — both personally and professionally.

I love going to therapy because it helps me to understand growth from the client perspective, and it challenges me to walk the walk.

Feel like you are “too busy” for therapy or that you’ve got it all under control?

These are some of the most common excuses that people delay therapy, and they’re totally understandable.

There’s no “right way” to do therapy.

You don’t need to perform. You don’t need a perfectly worded story. You don’t even need a crisis to bring in.
