It's National Rehabilitation Week! It is celebrated during the 3rd full week in September recognizing the outstanding services provided by Rehab professionals! The appreciation extends to our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists right here on site at Medina through the partnership we have with HealthPRO/Heritage!

Thank you to our therapy team who make sure our patients receive the best therapy and improving their quality of life.

Ever wonder about our therapy team? Barb has been with us since the start of her SNF stay and continues to be with us through Outpatient Therapy! She is a delight to have around and is very determined to get back to where she was!
