Everyone wants to talk about the ECS, but the EAS is just as important, if not more, when it comes to research and overall health.

Cannabinoids can't do it all, but they may be an amazing protective mechanism for our cells, and they may provide our immune system with an intelligence of sorts.

After all, there is a reason the body takes weeks to metabolize them. It wasn't an imperfect design.

if we think about our use as long-term metabolization vs. A few hour effect, we can maximize their benefits.

People will try something that slowly kills them for 10 years, and then expect h**p products to turn something around in a month and say it doesn't work.

Here's the reason I choose Broad Spec, T//C free for my sleep gummies.

1. My doctor told me 6 years ago that everybody she knows that uses cannabis for sleep (T//C) had told her that they don't get the same benefit long term as they did in the first month.

I Ignored that anecdotal evidence at the time.

2. There is a growing body of research suggesting that T//C may shorten your REM cycles at night with long term use.

The h**p & canna industry has had a lot of ups and downs in the last 10 years.

There's always new money coming in.

There's always bigger fish.

There is always elitist Mulit State Operators that don't have integrity.

I've had a million reasons to quit.

Hundreds if not thousands of days where I doubted myself.

Where I messed up and had to start from scratch.

But I have always repeated a few mantras that have gotten me through:

I've had slow consistent growth every year.

If things feel like they are falling apart, they might just be falling into place.

I'm the tortise, everyone else is the hare. It seems as if they are in a hurry to boom & bust.

I'm not in it for the corporate cashout.

I'm in it to be a conduit for what the medicine has to offer.

I'll be here regardless of the regulations, licensing & big talk from companies with inferior products.

If I was in it if the money I would have quit years ago.

What I have learned over the last decade can't be taught in school. I couldn't have paid for the education I have learned through trial and error.

I saw a road where others couldn't.

I'll continue to forge my own path.

I have listened to my community and understand that Broad Spectrum, high dosage is what does the most good for people who can't do THC. (Likely people's ECS across the board.)

P.S Since my wife and I have a baby boy on the way, I haven't been as active with the composting experiment.
