As if 2021 & especially the ALWAYS INSANE END OF YEAR Mad Dash wasn’t enough. I am thrilled to announce that I have successfully passed the Harvard Business School CORe Executive Management program.

Almost 4 years ago, we launched A&M Scientific Supply as your family-owned Diverse Supplier of medical & laboratory equipment/consumables. After 20+ years in the industry, I knew the products, the sales process, the Key Industry Partners, and the customer market segments. What I lacked and wanted to strengthen were my abilities around Corporate Finance, Supply Chain Management, & Data Utilization.

The Harvard Business School CORe program was the perfect fit for my needs. HBS CORe is comprised of three CORe segments with over 150+ hours of instruction crammed into a little over 4 months — Business Analytics, Economics for Managers, and Financial Accounting. The curriculum was developed & taught by leading Harvard Business School faculty and delivered in an active learning environment based on the HBS signature case-based learning model.

I will admit that it was honestly brutal at times to complete all of the Timed Assignments, Cold Calls, & Weekly Quizzes while managing a quickly scaling business in the midst of a pandemic, multiple kids in Elementary School, & all of our other responsibilities.

All said, it was an amazing experience that will continue to provide value for years to come!!! We are very excited for 2022 and all of the amazing opportunities that await!!!
