August means it's our annual Summer Summit 2025! This year's theme was "Back to the Core... Forward in Care!" We gathered with directors from all nine facilities to learn, celebrate our successes, and remember why we do what we do. It's a time for reflection, connection, and looking ahead to the future of care. Check out the moments with Team Rose Manor!

Mr. Chavis was admitted to Rose Manor following a transmetatarsal amputation of his right foot for short-term rehabilitation. He received both physical and occupational therapy services during his stay and consistently demonstrated strong motivation to increase his independence in preparation for returning home.

Through skilled therapy interventions, Mr. Chavis achieved full independence in all activities of daily living (ADLs) and was able to ambulate with standby assistance (SBA) using a rolling walker (RW) while maintaining non-weight bearing (NWB) status on his right lower extremity (LE). His progress allowed him to safely return home at his prior level of function (PLOF).

We are extremely proud of Mr. Chavis's hard work, dedication, and commitment to achieving his rehabilitation goals.
