April is Stress Awareness Month.
Stress is something we all experience—but when it becomes overwhelming, it can impact our mental and physical health.
Taking small steps to manage stress can make a big difference:
• Take breaks when you need them
• Stay connected with people you trust
• Practice deep breathing or mindfulness
• Prioritize rest
You don’t have to navigate stress alone. Support is here.
Healing isn’t a straight line… it’s a learning curve. And you don’t have to figure it out alone. 🌱
NAMI Durham’s Peer-to-Peer program is more than a support group, it’s a space to understand yourself, build tools for recovery, and connect with people who truly get it.
✨ Free 8-session program
✨ Peer-led & confidential
✨ Real conversations, real growth
If you’ve been looking for clarity, community, or just a place to start… this is it.
🗓 Every Thursday (starting April 9th)
🕖 7:00–8:30 PM EST
💻 Virtual via Zoom | www.namidurham.org
Growth looks good on you. Come learn, share, and take your next step. ❤
