Join NAMI Wake County and NAMI Durham - National Alliance on Mental Illness at Andrews Chapel United Methodist Church on Tuesday, January 27 at 6:30 PM for Family Coping Strategies, a community conversation focused on practical tools for mental wellness and strengthening family connections.
The conversation will be led by NAMI Wake volunteer Aretha Justice and Shenika Allen, NAMI NC board nember and president of NAMI Durham.
This event is open to all, with no registration required.
