⛔️A reoccurring conversation...

Too often, do I hear my doctor told me not to "workout"; avoid this, don't do these exercises, you aren't going to be able to do "THAT" anymore...

Sound familiar?

And here is the kicker, they are told this by people who have not studied movement, don't workout themselves, but sound so professional when they say things like this.

The TRUTH!! ✅️❤️

Movement done right heals!! It doesn't harm. Strength, mobility, and proper coaching builds resilience, not risk

Strength Training Vs. Cardio - The timeless argument!

While cardio is great for heart health and burning calories IN THE MOMENT, strength training takes it a step further. 🏋️‍♀️

✅Builds lean muscle (which helps you burn more calories at rest)
✅Strengthens bones and joints for long-term health
✅Improves posture, balance, and everyday movement
✅Boosts confidence in and out of the gym

Cardio has its place, but if you want results that last, strength training is the foundation. 💪 Start by building the strongest foundation you can and watch what you are capable of doing!

Just a tip, just to see how it feel!

But seriously, there would have been tok many times to count of me skipping my workout if it had not been for the many accountability partners ive had throughout my health journey.

Whether it was hiring a coach, inviting friends and family, or just getting a walk in with my girls. The journey always becomes easier when I have that external accountability.

Don't feel like this is a mountain that you have to climb yourself. Reach out that helping hand, be the reason for someone else's motivation and let's all join each other a the path to health!
