Why a retreat? Because all you have to do is show up. Everything else is provided. Just bring you and a suit for the spa/sauna. Maybe a toothbrush if you’re staying the night, lol. I mean you can bring more than that if you’d like to, but the purpose of retreat is that you don’t have to worry about activities or meal planning or anything else. You just bring your maybe worn out self, maybe full of life self, any condition is fine and you land here and let us do the rest. Maybe during the yoga (gentle stretching) you sit out on the back porch. Maybe while everyone else is eating, you read a book. This is your time for you. We provide the space and opportunities for activities, you decide what feels good to you and whether you participate or find something else that feels good to you during each activity. ✨🙏🏼✨

We know how heavy life can get/feel. This is WHY we hold these spaces. To give others the opportunity to come back to the place within where they feel like they can breathe deeper, let go of their responsibilities for a bit and hear the sound of their own inner voice again. ✨🙏🏼✨
