Hello! 🫶🏼

I never really thought I needed an introduction on instagram, but as I look through who’s following on here, I realize there are many of us who haven’t met. I originally started this page right after I got my first yoga certification in 2017 and wow, a lot has evolved! 💫

I wanted to share a little about the work I do because it’s not separate from my life, and it’s something I love so deeply. 🤍

What I offer lives within embodied healing arts,
a lived practice of listening through body, energy, sound, and stillness.

I don’t offer perfection, but I do offer presence, relationship, and real life practice.

This is one of the spaces I tend. ✨

It’s been whispering to me for years.
A calling, nudging, pulling me toward this exact moment; And I feel re-inspired to offer it now.
The world can feel really loud…and we deserve a place to return to. 🤍🐚
To return to yourself.🫀
To return to God, Spirit, Universe.🪽
To practice devotion, presence, and the simplicity of coming home.🌀
But this isn’t a challenge. It’s a commitment. ✨
