I'm Miranda and I've been professionally practicing Massage Therapy for 7 years. The last 3 years I've done a deep dive into several different areas of wellness in an effort to not only treat my own health issues but to grow and expand the wellness services I can offer to my community. It is exciting to finally offer all these services to assist the your body but physically + mentally. The products used or recommended in our sessions are always third party tested and made from holistic plants. My goal in each client session is to support the whole person and we strictly use only products that powerfully assist that cause. September appointments have been filling up and a huge thank you to my regular clients for keeping me busy 🤍 my current availabilities are on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you're new here, a few things to note

✨ In home appointments only which means I come to you with my table and all necessary supplies and you don't have to do anything but relax and enjoy ;)
✨ I use pure Shea butter as my oil of choice but if for some reason you'd like to use something different due to preferences or sensitivities then just let me know! I'm happy to make accommodations
✨ To keep things affordable I offer a loyalty program of 20% off your fourth booking. Everyone should have access to affordable therapeutic bodywork 🤍

July has flown by and i'm looking at my august calendar wondering where the summer has gone but it's been a beautiful summer so i can't complain! Books are open for August and i have a few spots to fill in my calendar. June booked up fast! Thank you all for your support 🤍 for those who haven't had a bodywork session with me yet, I specialize in integrated and deep tissue massage. I have found most everyone benefits from a mix of massage techniques. I always send out a client questionnaire before your massage appointment so I can understand better what kind of massage to prepare for based on what you tell me your body needs.

difficult to achieve in the world we live in.
i struggle often with finding balance especially since a worldwide pandemic challenged me to become a work from home-er and soon to be work from home first time momma.

i'm not due until mid january but that due date is getting closer and closer and i can feel the deadline approaching.
which is why i'm choosing this time that i've been given before our precious daughter comes into this world to get organized, realign my goals, get closer to the woman, wife, momma that i want to be.

part of that journey is starting this page and promoting not only my work as a massage therapist but the deeper work that i believe in which is using your gifts to help the lives around you.
a work which takes an immense amount of balance.

practicing massage therapy has given me a unique understanding about balance in both the physical and the mental. knowing how to push mentally and physically into a person's knots and muscles and knead out the stressors that have built up for, sometime's years, in a person's body. an effective massage treatment takes balance just like the rest of life.

the power of touch.
this is a subject that's been near and dear to my heart for many years.
touch, espcially human touch can carry both negative and positive experiences and it's becoming more and more important to consider who's touch you allow into your life, especially when your wellbeing is at stake.

as a massage therapist, I see the power of touch in every session with a client I partake in.

as a therapist we want our touch to be gentle yet powerful.

fluid like a wave.

free of the chatter and the hasty energy that lives on the outside of the world we create within our therapy room.

controlled. for we recognize that our energy imparts to our client and vis versa. this exchange can be uplifting, soothing and powerful or it can be heavy, unsettling and leave both the client and the therapist feeling overwhelmed and weak.

it's important to be aware of the energy that you surround yourself with. so therapists don't feel badly for referring a client elsewhere and clients don't get discouraged from one bad experience with a therapist.

touch is powerful. choose wisely.
