To all former 163rd Soldiers.

There will be a casing of the colors ceremony in October 15th 2016 at 1000hrs at the East Flat Rock Armory.

If you are drilling and want to attend, contact your RNCO and ask permission. Although 60TC is supposed to be sending out a request to all units to allow you to be excused.

Please note, if you attend you will be given credit for one IDT period, but attendance will be taken and reported. Don't be the one who is reported AWOL.

If your planing on attending please let SSG Austin know ASAP, so we can get a headcount to plan a meal after. This will be funded by the officers and FTS.

If you follow this page, and are not in the Guard any longer but still want to attended, you are very welcome.

The ceremony will be conducted on the front lawn due to a craft show at the armory, so watch the weather and dress appropriately.
