It’s weeks (even months!) of disciplined training runs, rain or shine. It’s prioritising nutrition day in and day out — fuelling with intention to support endurance, recovery, and overall wellness. It’s booking regular bodywork to prevent injury and help muscles bounce back. And it’s planning your life around long runs, rest days, and the constant balancing act of training and everyday responsibilities.
So whether you crossed the finish line this year or supported someone who did, know this: the Boilermaker is not just a race — it’s a journey that asks a lot of your body, your mind, and your time. And that makes crossing that line all the more meaningful.
