Amber Campman - Inner Flame Yoga and Nutrition Coaching My support is designed to help you heal from cell to soul. I am a mom, a yogi, a lover of archetypes and written words, the pleasure of food, and a good laugh.

I empower people to learn how to understand and change patterns within their nervous system and lives that are keeping them from the health, calm and joy that they want. I’m Amber Campman, founder of Inner Flame Yoga, and an Integrative Nutrition and Somatic Experiencing Coach. I’m also someone who has struggled with the challenges of understanding and managing an autoimmune disease. I started Inner Flame to support people on their healing journey with a chronic health condition. Chronic illnesses are complex and unique to each person. The symptoms and manifestations that you are experiencing in your health can provide insight into what is happening both within your cells and within your mind and life mind. What is happening on a systems level is also happening on a cellular level, and vice versa. There is rarely one single root cause of chronic health conditions – everyone has their own cocktail of underlying causes that they’ve accumulated during different times in their life. The message of hope I have for you is that while these things can feel daunting and overwhelming, you CAN heal. he services I offer will help you understand the patterns you hold within your nervous system, how they impact your health conditions and life, and how to slowly and safely make changes in those patterns to decrease your symptoms, feel more calmly alive in your body, and increase your love for life again. If December had its own personality, I’m convinced it would be that friend who bursts into your house with cookies (or booze), noise, 12 competing emotions, and opinions. Lots of opinions. Think of the opening scene of Home Alone, but with more curse words. We are at the height of Sagittarius energy for most of this month, after all. But sometimes all of this holiday energy (yes, even good cheer) can feel overwhelming. Which is why I daydream about the gifts I wish I could hand out to everyone this time of year—no shipping, no wrapping, no leaving the house—just little bundles of sanity and softness delivered directly to your nervous system.

At the top of my wish list for you? A magical button that dissolves stress on contact. You press it once, and suddenly your shoulders are no longer being worn as earrings. You press it twice, and your heart rate and breath slow down. Ahh, that’s better.

Or how about an endless supply of deep breaths that actually land, the kind that remind you that you’re both alive and that you’re not just a floating head navigating holiday chaos.

And of course, the classic favorite: a telepathic reminder to unclench your jaw every time it tries to buckle down and brace for the stressor at hand.

But until I figure out how to distribute those universally (I’m working on it, I promise), I’ll keep offering what I can: community, movement, softness, and space to reconnect with yourself in the midst of the swirl. The truth is, with some practice you CAN give yourself all of those gifts. Every single day.

So here’s what’s coming up this month—your invitation to carve out a little groundedness in the middle of the twinkling December haze:

⭐️Saturday December 13th from 10:30-11:15am - Virtual yoga class where we will use yoga poses and sequencing to better understand the stress cycle in our body, and the importance of rest in that cycle.

🌙Thursday December 18th from 7-8:15pm - Virtual somatic workshop on Balance. In this session we’ll talk about and experience in our bodies the relationship between balance and letting go (and how this relationship shows up in both our bodies and our lives). This is an amazing workshop for wrapping up the season of Autumn, which is all about letting go and transition.

Hello Dear Ones,

Thanksgiving has arrived—the magical time of year when gratitude is abundant, pants are stretchy, and somehow pie becomes a perfectly acceptable breakfast. Amid the laughter, the chaos, and the “why did I think I had enough time for this” moments (we are still in a Mercury retrograde, after all), there’s a quiet invitation underneath it all: to pause, breathe, and notice what holds us up. The tiny joys. The big belly laughs. The supportive and nourishing people, places and things that we appreciate in our lives. Butter.

Thanksgiving isn’t just about perfection—it’s about presence. Gratitude is about contentment for exactly what is. Finding humor in the mess. And maybe even a moment of balance… whether that’s taking a moment to ground yourself by noticing your feet, or simply managing to keep your refill plate count and pie slice count to two. No judgment. I love me some pie.

Gratitude doesn’t have to be poetic. Sometimes it’s just appreciating hot coffee, good timing, comfortable socks, or the miracle of surviving family group discussions without flipping a table. Our bodies know how to support us—even when things get wiggly.

Speaking of balance…

I’d love to invite you to my virtual Balance Workshop on Saturday, November 29th at 10:30am—a playful, nourishing post-holiday reset for your body and nervous system where we’ll explore the relationship between balance and letting go, with our bodies. I am hosting on Sunday, September 28th from 11am-12:15pm that will give us a deeper personal experience of one of the biggest themes of the Autumn season - Letting go.

This workshop is going to be packed with both education AND felt experiences for our bodies related to the first step (that we most often try to skip!) when it comes to letting go and detoxification - Preparing.

What we will cover:

Learn about what the body needs to be able to "let go" and detox.

Understand what "toxins" are and the unique relationship they have with the nervous system's trauma response in our body

Practice using some somatic tools that will prepare your body (and the parts of you that are resistant) for letting go.

The topic of letting go and detoxification will be looked at both from the perspective of physical toxins and detoxification, and emotional. We have ALL struggled with letting go in some way, or at some point in our lives, so this workshop is designed to be helpful for everyone. However, I want to personally invite my fellow "spoonies." If you are someone who, like me, has struggled with health challenges related to autoimmunity or chronic health conditions, then letting go is something that your body has also struggled with. I would love to see you there!

Our Story

Hello! I am Amber Campman, owner of Inner Flame Yoga and Lifestyle Coaching, LLC. My goal is to support busy women finding more balance in their daily lives. Women are the weavers and typically the caretakers of our world, but often, we become overwhelmed by everything we have to juggle, and we often lose our ability to care for our own needs. I help women reclaim their right to feel deserving of their own care, so that they can feel vibrant and at peace with the multi-faceted web of their lives and the lives of those they love and care for.

So, who am I?? I am a busy, juggling woman just like you. I am also passionate about food. I love to cook and get joy from the pleasure of creating (and devouring) different flavors, textures and colors on a plate, sourced from real, nutrient dense foods. I believe that food is health and I want to help reconnect busy women with foods that are both delicious and fuel our physical health and energy levels, and help us heal specific health conditions. Furthermore, I believe that food is much more than what we put into our mouths when we are hungry. Food (YES with a capital F!) is anything that we take in through all of our senses, and the many facets of our lives. Food on every level serves to either nourish or deplete us, and no single piece of us is separate from another. When something in our lives is out of balance, or over-stressed, it will affect other parts of our lives, frequently in ways we are not aware of. Often times, this contributes to our eating patterns, our physical health and can leave us feeling stuck. Our inner flame has been dimmed, and we are unsure where to start in order to feel a sense of joy, contentment and confidence in our lives. I know firsthand how difficult this can be. From being a mom to a young child while balancing a career (and career transition at that!) and trying to manage my own autoimmune disease, I can 100% relate to the struggle of finding balance and “doing all the things.” I have over 13 years of experience working with people on all different levels of their personal wellness journey. I am committed to supporting people who are ready for and desire change and personal development for themselves. My goal is to help people become aware of root causes of any imbalances or areas of stress or disease (better thought of as dis-ease) in your life and to take action to make the changes necessary to reconnect with your most authentic and healthy self, and relight you inner flame.
