Today’s fuel:
🐟 Wild-caught tuna with cottage cheese, fermented pickles, French salt & cracked pepper
🍘 Sunnie crackers on the side
🥞 A few leftover protein pancakes (because in this house, nothing goes to waste—food costs like college tuition these days 😅)
🍓 “Not-so-fresh” strawberries…the rest are going into a homemade yogurt smoothie for the kids’ after-school snack.
Healthy living doesn’t have to be fancy. It’s about showing up for yourself, making nourishing choices, and building strength plate by plate. 💪
