Let me introduce myself. My Buddhist name is An Sung, Korean for "Rock of Stability". I have been meditating for over twenty years. I have been teaching and leading meditation classes for about as long. My approach is secular in that I concentrate on the health benefits meditation offers everyone.

Meditation is an approach to training the mind, similar to the way that physical fitness is an approach to training the body.

While traditional thought believes that meditation is a mystical tradition only practiced in Eastern religions, the truth is that meditation has been practiced by people of many different spiritual practices and no spiritual practice at all.
