Learning to be compassionate to ourselves is the freedom we all deserve 🫶🏼

🍀 All day long, our bodies have served us with devotion. While we worried, they healed. While we rushed, they sustained. Every single cell works tirelessly to support our lives. Recognizing the preciousness of this vessel, may we vow to honor it—to live mindfully, to breathe consciously, and to nourish both body and mind with gratitude.

May we remember not to exhaust our vital strength or push our physical limits to the point of depletion. May we be mindful not to bring in harmful elements or anything that withers our vitality, but instead learn the art of preservation and protection. By choosing what heals over what harms, we create a sanctuary of harmony within.
