What to expect from your first appointment at Innovation Health & Spine:
At Innovation Health and Spine, we are here for you from day one. The first step is to schedule an appointment. You can do this by calling our office or visiting us online at innovationhealthandspine.org. Once your appointment date is set, our friendly staff will help you complete intake forms which provide our office with necessary information to get ready for your appointment.
Next, you will be ready to be evaluated by our Nurse Practitioner. The Nurse Practitioner will review your intake forms with you and perform a comprehensive examination based on your healthcare needs. From there, our office will take radiology studies of your spine to map the precise location of any structural misalignments. These procedures are performed during your first appointment and done here at our E. Lansing location.
Once our team of practitioners has gathered all the necessary information, it will be evaluated, and a comprehensive treatment plan will be presented to you at your next visit, which is generally scheduled within 48 hours of your first appointment. This second appointment, which is known as “Report of Findings,” gives you the opportunity to review, with our practitioners, your complete findings, x-ray analysis and a thorough plan of care to address your healthcare needs and goals.
