We are so lucky to have Shaggy and Jodi from Bright Spot Therapy Dogs visit us here at The Reserve! Pet therapy brings so much joy to our residents – It eases anxiety, lifts spirits, and fills the room with comfort and connection. The simple act of holding or petting a gentle animal reminds our residents they are loved, seen, and never alone. These moments truly brighten their day, and ours as well!

We had the privilege of honoring our Veteran residents during our Veterans Recognition Ceremony here at The Reserve. Standing beside those who have served our country with courage, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication is always humbling – Seeing their pride and witnessing the gratitude in the room reminded us just how fortunate we are to have these heroes among us.

We also had the honor of recognizing Anna Remillard, our incredible Business Office Director and proud Navy Veteran. Anna brings strength, integrity, and heart into everything she does, and we are truly fortunate to have her as part of our Reserve family. Her service to our country and her dedication to our community speak volumes about the kind of leader she is. We are so proud to honor her military service and even more grateful to welcome her into our team. Please join us in celebrating Anna!

Our Reflections Memory Care Neighborhood residents had such a special morning joining the Western Mass Wheelers for a bike ride. The air was cool, but the warmth of the smiles and laughter could melt any chill. Moments like these mean so much – reminding us that joy, connection, and the simple freedom of the open air are never forgotten!

Our longtime Men’s Group volunteer, Gus, recently stopped by for a surprise visit, and what a joy it was to see him! The smiles, handshakes, and laughter said it all – Our gentlemen were so happy to reconnect with their good friend, and we can’t wait to welcome him back again soon!
