Today’s story, “Sammy’s Meltdown at the Mall,” is a gentle reminder that big feelings can show up in unexpected places—especially for children who become overwhelmed by noise, crowds, or changes in routine.

In this episode, we walk through Sammy’s experience step-by-step, showing families how moments of dysregulation are not failures… they’re opportunities. Opportunities to slow down, connect, and respond with calm, compassion, and reflection.

If your child struggles with emotional regulation, transitions, or sensory overwhelm, this story is especially for you.
