The day after my post about the metabolic scales we were providing through January is perfect timing to receive these text messages from my client, David. Why do we suggest using a metabolic scale to follow along a client’s health journey? Because it gives a much clearer picture of what changes are actually occurring in our bodies. Weight loss doesn’t necessarily mean health gain...and if you aren’t looking at more than scale weight you’re denying yourself important information that you deserve to celebrate.
