Pup Daddy Productions & Knox Trail Inn team up to bring you a bi-weekly Monday night game of SPINDLE (music bingo) w/ DJ Pup Daddy.

The music theme for the January 5th game is Old Time Rock 'N Roll! DJ Pup Daddy will randomly play 1-2 minutes of a popular song from the golden age of rock & roll (50s & 60s). If you have the song on your playing card, cross it off.

$5 per-playing card and three chances to win:

#1 - RENDEZVOUS - The Wild Feathers

The Wild Feathers have been a DJ Pup Daddy favorite since he discovered their harmony filled song, Help Me Out.

Rendezvous is a track off of their most recent album, Sirens, and was included on the PDP170 - 57 CD. It didn't really click at first, but after several plays it became one of those songs I kept cranking up and repeating all summer and fall.

Seeing The Wild Feathers live this summer and getting to tell the band it was my favorite track off the new album was also a bonus.

It's not a dance song. It's not filled with hooks. It's just a song sung with emotion about what might have happened if you went left instead of right...

What happens when you team up the singer from Erasure with the keyboardist from Keane? You get the #2 song of DJ Pup Daddy's Top 20 of 2025!

The Chance Won't Come Again is an unexpected bonus track on Andy Bell's deluxe edition of his Ten Crowns album. Already an Erasure/Andy Bell fan and Keane/Tim Rice-Oxley fan, this track blasted from my speakers for the past few months via the PDP177 - Human CD.

It's a song about a woulda, shoulda, coulda opportunity you didn't take and now the chance won't come again. Both Tim and Andy sing lead and at times it's challenging to tell who is singing!

#4 - TOMORROW IS TODAY - OMD

OMD aka Orchestral Maneuvers in the Dark are by far the oldest artists in this year's Top 20 of 2025.

Andy McCluskey and Paul Humphreys have been at it on and off since 1979. Coming in at #4 is a b-side, yes a non-LP b-side, entitled Tomorrow Is Today by OMD. It was a left over track from their Bauhaus Staircase album sessions and put on the b-side of their 2025 single, Look At You Now.

It's classic OMD with Paul's transitional build ups and Andy's aching vocals and was featured on PDP165 - Lumberjack Bear Tea 2025.

#5 - SILVER LINING - Laufey

Making her debute on PDP170 - 57, Laufey lands at #5 on DJ Pup Daddy's Top 20 of 2015 with her retro-sounding Silver Lining.

Laufey is a 26 year old Icelandic singer-songwriter with an old soul. Her lush arrangements, jazzy vocals and clever lyrics harken back to the pop singers of the 40s and 50s.

Silver Lining is an ode to two lovers with bad habits. But the silver lining is they will both go to hell together!

#6 - WHITE LIES - Sam Ryder

Storming in at #6 is the 2nd entry by UK singer, Sam Ryder, with White Lies. He also has the #13 spot with Oh Ok.

Sam and his soulful rock voice keeps telling himself white lies to deal with a love obsession. Simple, but effective with powerful vocals and a great production.
