There is just one week to go in our Warming the ROC 2024 Campaign, that means there is still plenty of time to be a blessing for those in need! Drop off your adult and kids, new or gently used coats. We are also accepting hat, gloves, scarves and mittens. There are 4 convenient locations to drop off items; Peak Performance PT, Luigi's Cafe @luigiscoffee.er on West Commerical St in East Rochester, the Tennis Club of Rochester @tcr1886 or Mendon Racquet Club. We've already distributed some of the items we've already collected to His Branches @hisbranchesinc, 12 -Rochester Community Schools and East Rochester Resource Center. They were so grateful for what we could provide to them. Thank you to all that have donated so far.
Mike stopped in to Luigi's Coffee in East Rochester @luigiscoffee.er, one of our donation locations to visit with the owner Kris. Check out the video and see what Luigi's is offering to anyone dropping off a donation to our Warming the ROC 2024 campaign. Our thanks to Luigi's for partnering with us to WARM the ROC!!

Patient Wins!!
It's awesome watching our patients celebrate their wins! Julie hasn't knelt on her knees in years and watch her get up from them! Woot! Woot!
Elaine graduated from PT today and played her own graduation song!
Here's her story: Elaine was frustrated with her recovery and progress from rotator cuff surgery in July of 2023. Her range of motion was still limited and she wasn't able to play her violin. Her doctor suggested that she come to Peak. Elaine started working with Andrew in May 2024. He devised a program that increased Elaine's range of motion allowing her to reach across her body, which was a necessary motion to get back to playing her violin. Now she is a able to practice up to 45 minutes! She plans on continuing her at home program and hopes to rejoin a local community orchestra by the end of the year!!
Join us in congratulating Elaine! What an inspiration!
This is why we love helping patients get beyond feeling better to being better.
