Some of you have heard me say... your body is extraordinary, It is a beautiful self healing mechanism. Sit with it in love, awe and curiosity. It will reveal its secrets. Looking forward to a time when I can join you again sitting with love and curiosity.❤

What we are is absolutely incredible! Can you feel into your consciousness in every cell of your BEing? Can you feel into the greatness of all that you are outside of your physicality? We are the mountains and streams, the cosmos and the beating heart, the mitochondria and the electrons. Take some time today to sit with your wonder and tap into all that you are, and how you are connected to every living thing💗

Yep

Why Am I So Tired? - Leah Corder     For the last two weeks I have heard one question more than any other. Here are someways to make being quarantine and/or social distancing be a positive experience!

UPDATE: Due to an overwhelming response, we have not managed to provide the PDF to everyone who requested one. However, you can now download it from here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/fq7iku6k98xx36a/AAC7vSE4n0iwgXiGGJF0gg36a?dl=0

WHAT IF home quarantine was a BLESSING???
Most of us will inevitably find ourselves stuck in home quarantine soon. This experience will fall along a spectrum of inconvenient to catastrophic, depending on our individual circumstances.

What if, instead of making it even worse by lamenting the hardship and boredom of this weird time in history. instead, we assumed it is a blessing in disguise? What if we could use this unexpected gift of time to rejuvenate our lives, discover new passions and do those things you never have time for?

Here's is a list of ideas. PM us your email address if you'd like the PDF version with embedded links.

TICK the ideas you’re willing to try and SHARE this list.

I want to let all of you know that your health and well being are extremely important to me. I have chosen to suspend business at this time. I am doing this not out of fear, but out of the awareness that this is a worldwide event and shutting it down in China had a profound effect. The sooner we do it here the better. May all of you be safe and feel free to check in with me about rescheduling. I will be contacting you on an individual basis. I just want to get the message out in the event that I miss someone. Thank you for understanding and I look forward to reconnecting with you in the near future. Be Well.

there may be more to follow here... I am looking at ways to provide you with self treatment tools and activities!!!!!!

> The key to relaxation and healing is the breath. Have you noticed that when you're stressed or anxious you your breathing is in your upper chest and they are shallow short breaths? This activates the flight or fight mechanism in the body which diverts energy from the forebrain where you can think clearly and back to the reptilian brain at the base of the skull. Your digestion will shut down and your body goes on high alert. If you are in a constant stress state, you will get sick.
> So when you are stressed remember to take full deep breaths deep into the belly. When you breath out, breath out a bit longer than you breath in. This will stimulate the vegus nerve which also help to regulate the body. Do this several times and notice how you feel. You are saturating your cells with oxygen and you will go into a relaxation response which is prepares the body for healing. Take some time during the day to tune in to how you are breathing and take some nice deep breaths. It's an easy way to train yourself to slow down. Your body will thank you. Many blessings
