Join Kerri for this special Yoga for Grief & Processing Loss class, which is a blend of yoga, movement, breath and sound to release pain and struggle, and to connect to more empowerment and love. This is not a normal yoga class, as it is not about physical flexibility, and more about emotional liberation. We hold onto pain in our bodies and we can practice learning how to channel it in empowering ways. A chair or mat can be used throughout the class. Students can also set up both and choose when to use each. All are welcome. $20 for a single pass, or any of our class passes can be used. Join Jacob “NTHNL” Rudin for this Harmonic Mindfulness Soundbath, a 75-minute deep listening and meditation experience designed to support relaxation, emotional release, and inner healing. The session begins with a grounding meditation that invites awareness of the sounds around and within, followed by a brief reading from a sacred text. From there, participants are gently guided into a rich soundscape composed of NTHNL’s original field recordings and electronically generated binaural beats; crafted to quiet the mind and facilitate inner expansion and journeying.
Over this ambient foundation, NTHNL performs live on a variety of wind instruments, weaving a soothing, immersive musical journey. The experience is a carefully choreographed healing composition that flows effortlessly through distinct sonic spaces, supporting introspection, presence, and deep inner transformation.
Saturday 2/21 4:30-5:45pm, early bird discount $40 offered up to 3 days prior to event, $45 thereafter.

This class will incorporate different types of pranayama (breathing exercises) as well as various meditation techniques. Both pranayama and meditation have been shown to increase vagal tone, allowing us to better regulate our stress response and the activity of the sympathetic nervous system state (“fight or flight mode”) and navigate to a parasympathetic nervous system state, or the “rest and digest response.” These practices can help lower heart rate and blood pressure, decrease cortisol (a stress hormone), strengthen the respiratory system and immune function, facilitate more restful and easeful sleep, enhance memory and cognition, and cultivate focus and attentiveness. This class is appropriate for beginner or more experienced meditators. Offered in-person only.
Saturday 2/21 12:15-1:15pm, $33.

Join Jennifer Labelle for the first class in our Women’s Circle Series, Perimenopause and Beyond. In this workshop, we explore up-to-date information and incorporate targeted asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and journaling strategies to alleviate perimenopause symptoms. These include sleep disturbances, irritability, hot flashes, and anxiety. As we lead busy and active lives, these inconvenient and uncomfortable manifestations of the transition into menopause add to our stress, which in turn, amplify our physical and emotional discomfort. Coming together and cultivating community reminds us we are not alone and have many tools to ease stress and symptoms.
