So excited to bring yβall some self-care with my Stretching Clinic!
Weβll move through a combination of dynamic movements followed by static stretches, and Iβll also share simple tips using a massage ball. Everything we do will be easy to incorporate into your daily routine to help you feel better in your body.
Please bring a yoga mat and be prepared to leave your shoes at the door. π .wesleychapel
