Let’s explore the 4 aspects of true love in yoga philosophy:

1️⃣ Maitri (loving-kindness) is about studying ourselves to understand what we truly need in our practice
2️⃣ Karuna (compassion) involves recognizing our sufferings and taking steps to alleviate them
3️⃣ Mudita (joy) is essential—without joy, there is no true love in yoga

About Online Yoga School

Our mission is to make yoga teacher training accessible to anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge in yoga or become a yoga teacher. Not only do our instructors have the most up-to-date certifications, but we all practice what we preach.
