September is Su***de Prevention Month.

As EMS providers, we witness the heartbreak that comes with su***de, and it affects us as well. Every call stays with us reminding us how deeply these struggles touch families, friends, and responders alike.

We want our community to know you are not alone. It is okay to ask for help.

If you or someone you love is struggling:
• Reach out to a trusted friend, family member, or faith/community leader.
• Call the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline (24/7) or, if you prefer text, text HOME to 741741.
• If there’s immediate danger, call 911.

Our Fellow EMS providers and all first responders reading this: We owe it to ourselves, our families, and the people we serve to look after our mental health. If you are struggling, you are not alone. Asking for help is strength, not weakness. 💙

September 11th, 2025 marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. Today we remember and honor the nearly 3,000 lives that were lost and also the brave men and women who answered the call that day.

Every time we put on this uniform, every time we step onto a truck, into an ambulance, or out on patrol, we carry their spirit with us. Their actions remind us that what we do matters. Every call we answer, is a chance to live up to the standard they set. Let us always honor it through our actions today.

We will always remember. We will never forget🤍🚓🚑🚒

We would like the congratulate and celebrate our college seniors who not only earned some pretty difficult degrees but have spent countless hours serving our community as well. This exceptional group of individuals balanced a combination of School work, Sports, A job ... or two, Clinical time, EMS Clubs or campus EMS, and hopefully some relax time mixed in all of that.

To our Graduates, you are all Rock Stars and we are incredibly proud of all of your hard work. We wish you the best of luck in whatever path you chose next and know you will always have a home at Easton Emergency Squad.

One last piece of timeless advice from “Mom” … Wear sunscreen.
If you haven’t heard it in a while, or ever, take a few minutes to listen to “Everybody’s free (to wear sunscreen)” It is heartfelt, quirky, and full of the kind of wisdom and advice I hope follows you wherever you go.

Memorial day is a day to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation. Their courage, sacrifice, and dedication to protecting our freedoms will never be forgotten.

As first responders, we are reminded daily of the value of service and the importance of community. On this Memorial Day, we stand in solemn gratitude with the families of the fallen, and we salute those who continue to serve.

Let us all take a moment to reflect, remember, and give thanks.

Easton Fire & EMS was dispatched to a fully involved dwelling fire on Sunday February 16th at 8am. Our crews involving EMT’s Jarrod S. and Jon H. and Clinical Coordinator ParamedicTyler W. and Supervisor Paramedic Rob C. provided support to ensure that we give the best care to all firefighters working on scene.

After the restructuring of Easton EMS in May and gaining new career staff, we have worked extremely hard building a stronger relationship with the fire department. Easton Fire and EMS continue to work hand in hand to provide the best care and response possible to the city, which is strengthened by our shared love for donuts🍩

Thank you to Easton Fire Department 1st Platoon and all crews involved🫶🏽🚒🚑

We hope everyone has a wonderful, safe and healthy New Years Eve and Day!
