**What are out-of-network benefits?** Here's a breakdown:

✨ If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, it means they will cover a portion of the cost when you see a therapist who doesn't have a direct contract with your insurance company.

Good afternoon everyone, I am entering the world of social media! I have decided to expand my part-time mental health practice focused on First Responders and people with Type 1 Diabetes, (T1D) to a full-time practice. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in NJ and PA, with more state licensure possible in the future, as well as a certified health coach.

I am formerly an active Paramedic with 30 years experience in Emergency Medical Services (EMS). I have lived with T1D for almost 50 years and my son was diagnosed with T1D 11 years ago.
