Great. You realized that you are actually staying small because you've been making success mean that all the haters are going to come out and you wouldn't be able to handle that.

Great. You had a breakthrough and made the connection that the reason why you don't make a LOT of money is because you're actually afraid of losing it all and that would hurt way more... so you just don't.

Great. You realized that you keep yourself in a constant state of stress because that's what your normal is, so you go for the dopamine hits at the end of the month of being able to skirt by and pay all your bills because you're addicted to that feeling and it FEELS GOOD to just make it.

Awareness. Awesome.
First step. AWESOME.

I love it. It feels good.

I get it.

But the thing is.
The awareness is JUST the first step (and I'd argue, if you're only getting your awareness from these places, you're not even uncovering what's ACTUALLY there...)

What are you going to DO with that awareness?
Just think about it more? Journal about it more? Talk about it more?

Its. Not. Enough.

You need to. HAVE TO. Are required to...

Go to your body.

That's the ONLY place where these beliefs can actually be healed, rewired, reprogrammed so that you can actually MOVE FORWARD.

Your nervous system can only HOLD so much.

It is wired for the amount of success.
It is wired for the amount of bigness.
It is wired for the amount of Money.

So if you want MORE... which I'm guessing you do...

You have to regulate your nervous system to MORE.

And that's where Money Breathwork comes in.
