Leg Day = In Progress 💪🔥
About to get some back squats in, and these wedges make all the difference.
A lot of people think squats are all about strength, but sometimes the right setup is what unlocks better depth, better form, and a stronger movement pattern.
These wedges help me stay more upright, hit depth easier, and keep the focus where it belongs... on building stronger legs. 🦵
It's not about making the workout easier. It's about making the movement better.
Now it's time to put in the work. Leg day isn't always my favorite when it starts... but I'm always glad I did it when it's over. 😅
