We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to Willie 'SoFocused' McCalebb, CEO of S**G Academy LLC, for pouring into our Eau Claire North High School chapter during Monday’s mentoring session.

Willie shared his powerful personal journey and then led our students through a structured, hands-on workout designed to strengthen teamwork, perseverance, and accountability. The session challenged our mentees not only physically, but mentally—encouraging them to communicate, uplift one another, and push beyond their perceived limits.

It was a powerful way to continue Black History Month, spotlighting a Black leader who embodies service, discipline, and meaningful community impact. His commitment to the mission of S**G—Stay Humble & Grind—was evident and inspiring, demonstrating what true leadership by example looks like.

We are deeply grateful for the wisdom, motivation, and positive energy he shared with our students. ❤️🖤❤️🖤

The evening closed with a moment that truly captured the heart of P.O.P. CEO Dennis Beale was honored by our seniors with six bow ties, each representing a year of POP’s existence—six years of service, growth, leadership, and impact.

In addition, Dennis was presented with an Award of Excellence in recognition of his leadership, dedication, and unwavering commitment to guiding and uplifting our organization and the lives it serves.

The night then flowed into the after party, where celebration, connection, and joy filled the room—ending the POP Black & Red Ball exactly how it should: united, grateful, and inspired.
