Certified Community Care Goblin reporting for duty!✨

The magic has never just been in the massage. It’s in the connection. The care. The creativity. The conversations people didn’t know they needed. The moments where people stop performing for a second and just get to exist.

People are carrying so much right now.—Stress. Grief. Isolation. Burnout. Loss of hope. Bills. Jobs. Familial obligations. Relationships. The fight against the patriarchy. Killing capitalism…

Sometimes healing looks like bodywork. Sometimes it looks like community. Sometimes it looks like writing in the cemetery or making weird little crafts while laughing with strangers who suddenly don’t feel like strangers anymore.

That’s the kind of spaces I aim to create. 🖤

What if we stopped blaming our bodies and started listening to them instead?

So many of us carry a quiet shame around our pain.

My hips are messed up because I ruined them years ago…I ignored this for too long…My posture is terrible…I should’ve taken better care of myself…

But blame does not create healing. Awareness does.

Our bodies aren’t failures to criticize — they’re conversations waiting to happen.

When we release judgment, we create space for curiosity, creativity and care.

No more of, “What’s wrong with me?”

Replace that with, “What is my body asking for right now?”

Maybe the answer is massage. Maybe it’s rest. Movement. Strengthening. Stretching. Support. Breath.
Slowing down. Trying something new.

Healing doesn’t have to come from punishment.
It can come from partnership.

At Kaleidoscope Soul, I believe wellness is holistic because you are holistic. You are layered, colorful, evolving — made of many experiences, stories, tensions, joys, and adaptations.

Your body is not the enemy. It is part of the team.

Still feeling the energy from this weekend’s Women’s Driftless Retreat! 🏍️🖤 Over 100 women riders gathered in sisterhood of the road. I had the honor of offering massage and holding space for rest, reset, and connection between rides. I’m too scared to ride, but I was offered by many the chance to should I change my mind.

“One of the greatest feelings is the freedom when you ride.”

Grateful to have been part of such a powerful weekend.

We’ve gotten really good at marking ourselves “interested” in life without ever fully stepping into it.

But hesitation isn’t always a no. It is often curiosity asking you to be brave enough to say yes. My events tend to be a little unique. But they’re always human-centered, intentional, and created to help people connect to themselves and to each other.
