There are four retrogrades going on right now. That's why you might feel like you're in two timelines. Two different dimensions. Being pulled in two different directions. Sensing things that you can't explain externally as well as deep internally. The past, the future, and your deepest truths. It's like it's all coming to the surface at the same time. Retrogrades peel back a type of veil to expose your real reasons, the deep rooted ones. Setbacks, delays, your doubts, your fears, and your emotional waves. Those emotional waves are thick, deep and heavy. But for good reason. It's time to address the root causes so you can vibe higher ascend, move forward with growth grace and ease. It's almost like a recalibration because we're all on the edge of greatness right now, an upgrade if you will. Embrace it. Dig deep at what is causing you to feel stuck or unloved or unappreciated or even what your soul needs to be nurtured but it's lacking and the list could go on. Is it you, is someone around you, is it the past is it all of the above. See it acknowledge it and ask it how to move forward because forward is the only motion. Staying the same is almost the same as being stuck because you're keeping yourself stuck. There's always more there's always growth no matter who you are. So what is it and how can you move through it while honoring yourself and those you love.

Buck Full Moon

We have come to a very potent Full Moon, the Buck Full Moon that is happening in the earth sign Capricorn.
The male deer—Buck—shed and regrow their antlers each year, and in July they are in full growth mode.
The same seems to happen for all of us, as the months of July and August are the ones when the most growth happens individually and collectively.
This Capricorn Full Moon is all about growth, connection, reflection, abundance, action, resourcefulness, fulfilling our purpose, moving forward, connecting to our higher self, and receiving information and knowledge from our soul.
Now is the perfect time for change.
The energetic support we are getting right now can be used to bring change into our lives, grow, explore, make use of our potential, and create the versions of who we want to be and shed the things, habits, and people that are holding us back or dragging us back into the old.
