Struggling to hit your protein goal?
This is one of the easiest ways to get in 50–70g of protein without overthinking it.
I used:
Pasteurized egg whites
1 scoop of protein
Blueberries
Pineapple
You can swap the fruit for whatever you like.
You don’t need 70g of protein in every meal, but if you struggle to hit your protein goal, having easy options like this can make a big difference.
Keep it simple. Repeat what works.
