Struggling to hit your protein goal?
This is one of the easiest ways to get in 50–70g of protein without overthinking it.
I used:
Pasteurized egg whites
1 scoop of protein
Blueberries
Pineapple

You can swap the fruit for whatever you like.

You don’t need 70g of protein in every meal, but if you struggle to hit your protein goal, having easy options like this can make a big difference.

Meal prep doesn’t have to be complicated or take hours.
This took under 10 minutes to prep, and have protein ready for the next couple of days.
Simple, easy, and effective.
A little effort ahead of time makes it a lot easier to stay on track when life gets busy.

Most people don’t actually hate cardio.
They hate staring at a screen for 30 minutes.

Get outside.
Walk. Run. Bike. Hike.

You’ll enjoy it more, feel better mentally, and be way more likely to stay consistent with it.

Movement doesn’t have to feel like punishment.

Balance work might not be the most exciting part of training but it’s one of the most important.
After dealing with an injury, it made me realize how much I overlooked this.
Focusing on balance and stability has been a big part of my recovery and getting back to feeling strong again.
